Sabor y Memoria (Flavor and Memory)
Join Sol y Canto's composer-guitarist Brian Amador, singer-percussionist Rosi Amador, and their special guest, photographer Jon Chomitz , to explore the way music and food trigger our memories, express our roots, and tie us to our origins.
The program will include musical excepts and projected images from Brian's original 7-song suite "Sabor y Memoria" (Flavor and Memory), as well as recorded segments from past performances by the Sol y Canto sextet and string quartet Sweet Plantain.
